Spring Bridge Consulting, LLC (SBC) was founded by Courtney O'Donnell in 2026 after more than a decade in local government. SBC's goal to bring high quality, professional services, guidance, and tools to help all clients succeed.
Located in the Greater Bangor Area; available remotely and in-person services depending on customer needs.
Courtney O'Donnell, Owner & Founder
Courtney has a Bachelor's degree in Public Management from the University of Maine, as well as a Masters in Business Administration with focus on Organizational Management from Husson University.
She's worked for small municipalities with small staffs to Maine's third largest municipality with more than 600 employees and 13 unions. As Assistant City Manager and HR Director, she oversaw risk & safety, successfully negotiated more than 20 union contracts, updated numerous policies, managed projects, and worked through countless challenges in the workplace.
Courtney has built a robust network and continually seeks to enhance her knowledge. She is in the process of acquiring her SHRM certification, among others.
She was born and raised in Maine, although she did live in the Midwest for a brief period in her 20s. She is very familiar with the challenges facing Mainers and could not be more proud to call this state home.
